Pedal-Power is a non-profit organization based in North Texas and founded by mountain bike enthusiasts. Our passion is connecting individuals and organizations with transportation that can change lives.
While the bicycle may mean recreation and exercise for some, for others it represents access to medical care, education, and the workplace. We strive to reduce waste in our community by recycling and refurbishing used bicycles for use by those for whom transportation is an issue of critical importance.
We are an ALL-VOLUNTEER organization dedicated to collecting, refurbishing, and distributing secondhand bicycles to local and international organizations in need of economical transportation and/or parts.

We are real people with families and full-time jobs. Your attacks are both unwarranted and unkind. The people that you mention are not the only members of the board as filed with our Mansfield Bike Charities paperwork; there are four of us, myself included. I would welcome speaking to you personally however, your email was sent from an invalid address. Please feel free to contact us with a VALID email or phone number and any one of us will be happy to address your concerns.
As has been stated previously we have filed 501(C)(3) application and it will be processed in 4-6 weeks. I encourage you to check back with us in 8-10 weeks time to see the progress we have made. We will be glad to accept your apology at that time or at any time in the future.
